What is YOC Performance?
YOC Performance is a web-based, self-service marketplace for advertising on mobile phones. Our system not only enables advertisers to create and manage their campaigns but also supports publishers and developers to monetise their mobile traffic. Furthermore, YOC Performance give agencies the opportunity to administrate multi-clients accounts.
Can I be advertiser and publisher at the same time?
Yes! You can manage your advertisements, mobile sites and applications with the same account.
Does it cost anything to use YOC Performance?
No! It’s totally free to sign up. There are no monthly charges or cancellation fees.

How do I register for a YOC Performance account?
Registering for a YOC Performance account is very quick and simple. Just provide your details, click the activation link in the confirmation email and you are ready to start advertising.
I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
- First, go to the Forgot my password page
- Enter the email address you used when you registered
- We will send a new password to that email address
Note: It’s strongly recommended to change your password after first login. Follow the instructions below to change your password.
How can I change my password?
- Login to YOC Performance
- Go to My Account > Personal Settings
- Choose a new password
- Click Save
Does YOC Performance reflect Gross or Net Revenue?
All data is reported as Net Revenue.
Payments
When does YOC Performance remit payment to publishers?
YOC Performance pays you out when your fund exceeds 50€. All unpaid earnings will rollover to the next pay period. We begin processing payments one month after the end of the calendar month in which they are earned.
For example, if you earn 30€ in January and 60€ in February, a payment will be sent to you for 90€ in early-mid April.
How do I receive my money?
YOC Performance provides mobile site owners with the option of receiving payment through PayPal or wire transfer.
Note: YOC Performance reserves the right to approve the payment in order to prevent fraudulent behaviour.

How do I create an ad?
It is very quick and easy to start advertising with YOC Performance by using the Create Ad workflow:
- Click Create Ad
- Step 1: Define Ad Details (Name of Ad, upload banners, timings, etc.)
- Step 2: Define Targeting (Country & operator, handsets, channels)
- Step 3: Define Bids and Budget
- Step 4: Review and confirmation

Does YOC Performance reviews the ads?
YOC Performance reviews every created ad concerning our content guidelines. After approval you can run your campaign.
How long does ad approval take?
It may take up to 2 business days for ads to be approved.
What type of content is not allowed?
YOC Performance reviews every ad very carefully. See YOC Performance content guidelines.
Which ad languages does YOC Performance accept?
Presently English only. Other languages will follow in the near future.
What is the minimum cost to run a campaign?
The minimum you must deposit to your account is EUR 100.
What advertising model does YOC Performance provide?
You can choose from CPC or CPM bidding model.
Can I control my daily advertising budget?
Yes, with YOC Performance you can set a daily budget to control your costs (min. 10€).
Do I know where my ad will be shown?
No, YOC Performance is a blind network but you can choose from 5 different channels.
What targeting options do I have with YOC Performance?
Advertisers can choose from a comprehensive list of targeting options. You can choose to use any combination of targeting options depending on your campaign requirements.
What advertising formats does YOC Performance support?
We offer text ads and standard banners in accordance with MMA standards.

What payment methods does YOC Performance accept?
We only accept payments via PayPal . Please note that PayPal provides several opportunities to pay (e.g. credit card or direct debit).
What is the maximum payment limit?
We accept maximum 5,000 EUR per transaction.
Publisher
How do I create a site?
It is very quick and easy to monetising your site with YOC Performance by using the Create Site workflow:
- Click Create Site
- Step 1: Define Site Details (Title of Site, URL, etc.)
- Step 2: Define Ad Space Details (Name of mobile AdSpace, URL, Channels, etc.)
- Step 3: Define Filter Settings (URL, Text, Categories, Languages)
- Step 4: Download desired ad code and implement it to your site.
Please note that each site can contain one or more ad spaces.
Which sites are allowed to publish on YOC Performance?
Sites only which are compliant with the YOC Performance content guidelines.

Reports
What reports does YOC Performance provide?
YOC Performance provides extensive reports for every kind of user, advertiser, publisher, and developer. On the basis of your reports you can fine tune your campaigns performance or optimise the monetisation of your site or application.

- Go to Dashboard and click Got to Report (advertiser or publisher)
What reports are available for advertisers?
Overall or selected ad campaigns YOC Performance provides the following types of reports for today and other requested time periods:

Can I download my reports?
Yes! All reports are downloadable in CSV-format.
In what time zone are reports generated?
All provided reports are generated in GMT+01:00.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Does YOC Performance apply VAT to advertisers?
YOC Performance will apply German VAT to advertiser accounts based on the country selected at registration.
German accounts
All accounts with a German billing address will be subject to German VAT.
European accounts (excluding Germany)
All European accounts with a billing address in one of the following countries will be subject to German VAT: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and UK.
If your billing address is in one of the above countries, you have the option at registration or via your account detail page to provide us with your valid VAT registration number and German VAT will not be applied to your invoice. You will be liable to VAT self-assessment at the local VAT rate in your country.
If you cannot provide us with a valid VAT registration number, German VAT will be automatically applied to your invoice.
In case that this German VAT is not applicable and the campaign has already started and been paid for, we will void the original invoice. The taxes that have been paid for that month, in which you provide a new VAT, will be re-credited to your account and a new invoice will be raised including the VAT registration number provided by you.
America and rest of the world
For European countries and states not in the list above and all other countries, you will not be subject to German VAT.
